Graduated from Paris II Assas University, Albane holds a master’s degree (DPRT) and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2005. First an associate at PWC (2005-2011), at Jeantet (2011-2014), and at Villemot (2014-2019), she then launched her own practice and founded Quai VL law firm in 2021.
With a strong professional experience, she assists employers daily in all aspects of labor and employment law, both in terms of advice and litigation.
She also became an expert in social security law and regularly represents her clients (whether they are contributing companies or social security organizations) before the social division of the judicial court.
Greatly involved in her cases and very attentive to her clients’ needs, Albane is committed to developing solutions and strategies designed for corporate life.
Albane is a member of Avosial, the union of corporate lawyers specializing in labor law, and is trained in collaborative process (AFPDC).

Capucine Leddet

Capucine studied one year in the UK (Birmingham) and one year in Spain (Barcelona). Holder of a master’s degree (DJCE), she was sworn in as a lawyer in 2004 before joining international labor and employment law firms Carler and Galion. She then launched her own practice and cofounded Quai VL law firm with Albane de Villeneuve in 2021.
Capucine deals daily with HR-related issues, as well as with cross-functional issues, particularly in the event of competing activities of employees, transfer of employment contracts, and overlapping with corporate offices.
She also assists her clients in negotiating termination of employment contracts, whether they are companies or executives.
Capucine is a member of Avosial, a union of corporate lawyers specializing in labor law, and has been trained in collaborative process by the AFPDC, where she serves as Deputy Secretary General.

CHARLOTTE MOEGLING
Attorney – Associate
With a master’s degree in business law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Charlotte took her oath as a lawyer in January 2016. She practiced at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe (2015-1016), then at Mayer Brown (2017-2023), before joining Quai VL in 2024.
Charlotte advised major French and international groups specializing in various fields (banking, insurance, new technologies, food, automotive, etc.) on a very wide range of matters linked to employment law (including the tax aspects of employment law) and social protection.
She worked with her clients on hiring, career development, compensation, termination of employment, individual and collective negotiations, restructuring, audits, employee savings plans, employee stock plans, and more. Her professional experience has also enabled her to develop solid expertise in litigation throughout France.
Charlotte’s aim is to provide her clients with the advice they need to carry out their projects, and to offer them rapid, pragmatic solutions to the problems they encounter, while avoiding as far as possible the length and hazards of legal proceedings.
