Albane de Villeneuve

Graduated from Paris II Assas University, Albane holds a master’s degree (DPRT) and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2005. First an associate at PWC (2005-2011), at Jeantet (2011-2014), and at Villemot (2014-2019), she then launched her own practice and founded Quai VL law firm in 2021.

With a strong professional experience, she assists employers daily in all aspects of labor and employment law, both in terms of advice and litigation.

She also became an expert in social security law and regularly represents her clients (whether they are contributing companies or social security organizations) before the social division of the judicial court.

Greatly involved in her cases and very attentive to her clients’ needs, Albane is committed to developing solutions and strategies designed for corporate life.

Albane is a member of Avosial – an association of corporate lawyers specializing in labor and employment law.

Capucine Leddet

Capucine studied one year in the UK (Birmingham) and one year in Spain (Barcelona). Holder of a master’s degree (DJCE), she was sworn in as a lawyer in 2004 before joining international labor and employment law firms Carler and Galion. She then launched her own practice and cofounded Quai VL law firm with Albane de Villeneuve in 2021.

Capucine deals daily with HR-related issues, as well as with cross-functional issues, particularly in the event of competing activities of employees, transfer of employment contracts, and overlapping with corporate offices.

She also assists her clients in negotiating termination of employment contracts, whether they are companies or executives.

Capucine is a member of Avosial – an association of corporate lawyers specializing in labor and employment law and of the FNDE. She works as a trainer for other lawyers within the law school HEDAC and as a volunteer within the association Initiadroit.

GAËLLE MERIGNAC

Gaëlle Mérignac has been an employment law attorney since 2001, with a practice of consulting and litigation. She has gained experience in Parisian law firms of different sizes and cultures, giving her an open and pragmatic approach.

Convinced that labour law can be a tool for structuring individual and collective labour relations, she also conducts training sessions for all stakeholders in the life of a company.

In January 2008, she co-founded NMCG, a business and personal law firm, where she developed the employment law department.

In June 2020, she founded CLEO AVOCATS, an independent employment law firm.
